Fall Grant Deadline: June 15 ----- Spring Grant Deadline: January 15
Mini-grant and Collaborative grant applications are accepted at any time.

Notice of approval/disapproval will be sent within 30 days of application review.

Type of grant sought:

Collaborative Teaching and Learning Grant ($1000 max)

Mini-Grant ($500 max)

Extended Learning Grant ($1,500 max)

Science and Technology Grant ($750 max)

Project Proposal:

1. Describe your plan for use of these funds including, if applicable, a project timeline.

2. Briefly describe the individuals or groups to benefit from this project and estimate the number of students directly affected.

3. What is the total budget of the project and, if applicable, what other sources of funding will you be using? Please be specific about the cost of your project.

4. If the project is ongoing, how will you obtain additional funds in the future?

The Olympia School District Education Foundation requires all successful grantees to submit a short post-grant report on their project; a form is available on line, or down load a form.

Grant Application Deadlines

OSDEF Mini-grants, maximum $500, and Collaborative Teaching and Learning grants, maximum $1000, may be applied for at any time during the year.

Artist-in-Residence, maximum $1000 per school per year, may also be applied for at any time during the year.

Extended Learning grants, maximum $1500, and Science and Technology grants, maximum $750, are accepted twice per year, with January 15 and June 15 deadlines.
